BY-LAW NO. 2651 /88
Being a By-Law to dedicate Block 142, Plan
40M-1418, Pickering, as public highway (Fernam
Street).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Block 142, Plan
40M-1418, Picketing, and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 142, Plan 40M-1418, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway
(Fernam Street).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 1B~h day of
January, 1988.
