BY-LAW NUMBER 2644 /88
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2632/88 to
provide for the erection of "Stop" signs
on Douglas Avenue
Whereas By-law 2632/88 provides for the erection of "Stop" signs at certain
intersections within the Town of Pickering; and
Whereas it is deemed expedient to amend By-law 2632/88 to provide for stop
signs at the intersections of Douglas Avenue and Chapleau Drive, Douglas
Avenue and Fairview Avenue and St. Martins Drive and Radom Street;
Now Therefore the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickerin§ Hereby
Enacts as follows:
1. Schedule "I" to By-law 2632/88, as amended, is hereby further amended
by adding the following items:
22. Douglas Avenue and Southbound on Douglas Avenue
Chapleau Drive
23. Douglas Avenue and Northbound on Douglas Avenue
Fairview Avenue
84. St. Martins Drive and Southbound on St. Martins Drive
Radom Street and westbound on Radom Street
2. This by-law shall come into force on the day that it is approved by
the Council of the Regional Municipality of Durham.
By-law Read a first, second and third time and Passed this 18th day of
January, 1988.
