BY-LAW NO. 2626/87
Being a by-law to name those parts of Lots 17
and 18, Concession l, Pickering, designated as
Parts 6 and 7, Plan 40R-9779 and Parts 1-5 and
24-25, Plan 40R-9576 (Pickering Parkway).
WHEREAS those parts of Lots 17 and 18, Concession 1, Pickering, designated as Parts
6 and 7, Plan 40R-9779 and Parts 1-5 and 24-25, Plan 40R-9576 have been dedicated
as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Those parts of Lots 17 and 18, Concession l, Pickering, designated as Parts 6
and 7, Plan 40R-9779 and Parts 1-5 and 24-25, Plan 40R-9576 are hereby named
"Pickering Parkway".
