BY-LAW NOo2625 /87
Being a by-law to dedicate part of Lots 17 and
18, Concession 1, Pickering as public highway
(Parts 1-5 and 25, Plan 40R-9576 and Parts 6 and
7, Plan 40R-9779; Picketing Parkway).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of those parts of
Lots 17 and 18, Concession 1, Pickering, designated as Parts 1-5 and 25, Plan
40R-9576 and Parts 6 and 7, Plan 40R-9779 and wishes to dedicate same as public
highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Those parts of Lots 17 and 18, Concession 1, Pickering, designated as Parts
1-5 and 25, Plan 40R-9576 and Parts 6 and 7, Plan 40R-9779 are hereby
dedicated as public highway (Pickerlng Parkway).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 7th day of
December, 1987.
