BY-LAW NUMBER 2618/87
Being a by-law to amend By-law 506/76
to provide faf the erection of "Stop" signs
at the intersection of Fairport Road and
Welrus Street
WHEREAS By-law 506/76 provides for the erection of "Stop" signs at certain
intersections within the Town of Pickering; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend By-law 506/76 to provide for
a three-way stop at the intersection of Fairport Road and Welrus Street;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
Schedule "I" to By-law 506/76, as amended, is hereby further amended
by inserting the following:
Fairport Road
Northbound and southbound on Fairport
Road and eastbound on Welrus Street
2, This by-Jaw shall come into force on the day that it is approved by
the Council of the Regional Municipality of Durham and when signs
to the effect are erected.
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and PASSED this 16th day
of November 1987.
