BY-LAW NUMBER 2614/87
Being a by-law to amend By-law Number 55/74
prohibiting heavy traffic on Rougemount Drive
WHEREAS pursuant to section 210.117 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O.
1980, c. 302, as amended, by-laws may be passed by the councils
of local municipalities for prohibiting heavy traffic as defined
in the by-law subject to the Highway Traffic act; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend By-law 55/74 to prohibit
heavy traffic on Rougemount Drive between Dalewood Drive and Altona
Road;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Fickering
HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
Section 2 of By-law Number 55/74, as amended, is hereby further
amended by adding thereto the following:
Rougemount Drive
Dalewood Drive
Altona Road
This By-law shall mot take effect until approved by the Regional
Municipality of Durham.
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and finally PASSED this
16th day of November 1987.
