BY-LAW NO. 2612/87
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 175 and 176,
Plan 40M-1466 and Block 135, Plan 40M-1467, as
public highway (Heathside Crescent/Rambleberry
Avenue).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 175 and
176, Plan 40M-1466 and Block 135, Plan 40M-1467, which it desires to dedicate as
public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Blocks 175 and 176, Plan 40M-1466, Pickering, are hereby dedicated as public
highway (Heathside Crescent).
2. Block 135, Plan 40M-1467, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway
(Rambleberry Avenue).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 9th day of No-
vember, 1987.
