BY-LAW NO. 260~87
Being a by-law to repeal By-Law No. 2564/87,
exempting Blocks 102 and 103, Plan 40M-1390,
Picketing, from part lot control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O.
1983, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may repeal a part lot control by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town o£ Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-Law No. 2564/87 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 2nd day of
November, 1987.

Being a by-law to exempt Blocks 102 and 103,
Plan 40M-1390, Pickering, from part lot control.
WHEREAS pursuant to ~the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O.
1983, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may by by-law provide that section
49(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision des-
ignated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Plckering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section 49(5) of the Planning Act, 1983, S~O. 1983, chapter 1, does not apply
to the lands described as follows:
Blocks 102 and 103, Plan 40M-1390, Picketing.
This by-law shall not come into effect until approved by the Regional Municipal-
ity of Durham.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 4th day of
August, 1987.
