That Notice of a Special Meeting of Council pursuant to By-law Number 3665/92 having
properly been given and pursuant to Section 55(7) of the Municipal Act, RS.O. 1990, c
MA5, as amended, the Council of the Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby
resolves to conduct a closed meeting to discuss two personnel matters and a matter of
potential litigation.
