BY-LAW NO. 6043/02
Being a by-law to dedicate that part of the
Road Allowance between Lots 8 and 9,
Concession 5, Pickering, designated as Part
1, Plan 40R- 21341 and those parts of Lot 8,
Concession 5, Pickering, designated as
Parts3 and 4, Plan 40R-21341 as public
highwaY.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner certain lands and
wishes to dedicate them as a public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
that part of the Road Allowance between Lots 8 and 9, Concession 5, Pickering,
designated as Part 1, Plan 40R- 21341 and those parts of Lot 8, Concession 5,
Pickering, designated as Parts 3 and 4, Plan 40R-21341 are hereby dedicated
as public highway.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of October,
2002.
