HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 6000/02THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PICKERING BY-LAW NO. 6000/02 Being a by-law to amend By-law 2359/87 regulating parking, standing and stopping on highways and on private and municipal property. WHEREAS, pursuant to the MunicipalAct, R.S.O. 1990, chapter M.45, sections 218.52, 210.73, 210.123-126, 210.131,310, 314.7 and 314.8, the Council of the Corporation of the City of Pickering enacted By-law 2359/87 regulating parking, standing and stopping on highways and on private and on municipal property; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the City of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: Schedule 'B' to By-law 2359/87, as amended, is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following items: Highway Side Between/And Prohibited Times and Days Parkdale Street South Forest Park Drive to easterly See Note 1 terminus Schedule 'B' to By-law 2359/87, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto the following items: Highway Side Between/And Prohibited Times and Days Parkdale Street South Forest Park Drive to 195 meters See Note 1 east of Forest Park Drive Parkdale Street South 35 metres east of Rosefield See Note 1 Road to 44 metres east of Rosefield Road BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 24th day of June 2002.
