BY-LAW NO. 5950/02
Being a by-law to authorize the signing of an
agreement for fire protection services
WHEREAS
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk hereby be authorized to execute an agreement between:
CITY
OF
The Corporation of the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville
and
The Corporation of the City of Pickering
With respect to an agreement for fire protection services expiring on December 31, 2002.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 4th day of February, 2002
