Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 21, 22, 23 and
24, Plan 40M-2056 (Pineview Lane) as public
highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 21, 22, 23 and 24,
Plan 40M-2056, Pickering and wishes to dedicate it as a public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Blocks 21, 22, 23 and 24, Plan 40M-2056, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public
highway (Pineview Lane).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of November, 2001.
