BY-LAW NO. 5905/01
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 178, Plan 4OM-
1810 (Pineview Lane) as public highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of Block 178, Plan 40M- 1810,
Pickering and wishes to dedicate it as a public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Block 178, Plan 40M-1810, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway (Pineview
Lane).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of November, 2001.
