BY-LAW NO. 5878/01
Being a by-law to dedicate those parts of Pleasant
Street, Plan 65, Picketing, designated as Parts 1
and 2, Plan 40R-20799 (north side of Commerce
Street) as public highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Picketing is the owner of those parts of Pleasant
Street, Plan 65, Picketing, designated as Parts 1 and 2, Plan 40R-20799 and wishes to dedicate
them as a public highway.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Those parts of Pleasant Street, Plan 65, Picketing, designated as Parts 1 and 2, Plan 40R-
20799 are hereby dedicated as public highway (north side Commerce Street).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 17th day of September, 2001.
