BY-LAW NO. 5800/01
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a
Management Agreement between The Corporation
of the City of Picketing and Toronto and Region
Conservation Authority
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of sections 191 of the Municipal Act R.S.O. 1990
Chapter M45, the Council of a municipality may pass by-laws for acquiring land inter alia for
park, recreational, flood control and conservation purposes;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the City of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Management Agreement, in the
form attached hereto as Schedule A, between The Corporation of the City of Pickering
and Toronto and Region Conservation Authority.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this day of 19th day of February,
2001.
