BY-LAW NO. 5784/00
Being a by-law to appoint persons to committees.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PICKERING HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

The following are appointed as Acting Mayors for the term noted pursuant to
Section 69(3) of the Municipal Act:
Councillor Brenner for a term from December 1, 2000 to November 30, 2001
Councillor Holland for a term from December 1, 2001 to November 30, 2002
Councillor Johnson for a term from December 1, 2002 to November 30, 2003
The following are appointed as an alternate to Mayor Wayne Arthurs on the
Greater Toronto Services Board for the term noted pursuant to Section 9 of the
Greater Toromo Services Board Act, 1998:
Councillor Brenner for a term from December 1, 2000 to November 30, 2001
Councillor Holland for a term from December 1, 2001 to November 30, 2002
Councillor Johnson for a term from December 1, 2002 to November 30, 2003
The following persons are hereby appointed to the Advisory Committee on Race
Relations and Equity for a term to expire on November 30, 2003:

The following person is hereby appointed to the Ajax/Picketing Neighbourhood Traffic
