BY-LAW NO. 5772/00
Being a by-law to name Blocks 30 and 31, Plan
40M-2014 (Frontier Court).
WHEREAS pursuant to section 210.111 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter M.45, the
council of a local municipality may pass by-laws for giving names to or changing the names of
highways on public property;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The road comprising of Blocks 30 and 31, Plan 40M-2014 is hereby named Frontier
Court.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of November, 2000.
