BY-LAW NO. 5767/00
Being a By-law to amend Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law 3037, as amended, to
implement the Official Plan of the City of Picketing District Planning Area,
Region of Durham in Part of Lot 20, Concession 8, in the City of Picketing.

WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the City of Picketing passed By-law 5464/99
(A 9/98), on March 8, 1999, amending By-law 3037, as amended, to impose an "(H)" Holding
Symbol on certain lands located in Part of Lot 20, Concession 8, in the City of Pickering;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the City of Picketing passed By-laws
5513/99 (A 24/99) and 5565/99 (A 25/99), amending By-law 5464/99 to By-law 3037, to remove
the "(H)" Holding Symbol on a portion of those lands, being Parts 1 to 4, Plan 40R-20022;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the City of Picketing now deems it desirable
to further amend By-law 5464/99 to By-law 3037, as amended, to remove the "(H)" Holding
Symbol on another portion of the subject lands;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. SCHEDULE
Schedule I to By-law 5464/99 is hereby further amended by removing the "(H)" Holding
Symbol preceding the zone category "R6-3" on a portion of Part of Lot 20, Concession 8,
in the City of Pickering, as set out in Schedule I attached hereto.
BY-LAW 3037
By-law 3037, as amended by By-law 5464/99, is hereby further amended only to the
extent necessary to give effect to the provisions of this By-law as it applies to the area set
out in Schedule I attached hereto. Definitions and subject matters not specifically dealt
with in this By-law shall be governed by relevant provisions of By-law 3037, as
amended.
3. EFFECTIVE DATE
This By-law shall take effect from the day of passing hereof.
BY-LAW read a first, second, and third time and finally passed this
16 day of October , 2000.
