BY-LAW NUMBER 5766/00
Being a By-law to amend By-law 264/75 to establish a 40
kilometer per hour speed limit on Fawndale Road, Gwendolyn
Street, Hoover Drive, Howell Crescent, Littleford Street,
Petunia Place, Richardson Street, Riverview Crescent, Rouge
Valley Drive, Stonehampton Court, Stover Crescent and
Valley Gate.
WHEREAS, By-law Number 264/75 allows Council to authorize speed limits on highways
under the jurisdiction of the City of Pickering;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to establish the speed limit on Fawndale Road,
Gwendolyn Street, Hoover Drive, Howell Crescent, Littleford Street, Petunia Place, Richardson
Street, Riverview Crescent, Rouge Valley Drive, Stonehampton Court, Stover Crescent and
Valley Gate at 40 kilometers per hour;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Schedule "C" to By-law Number 264/75 is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:

Riverview Crescent
