Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 33, 35 and 36,
Plan 40M-1987 (Grayabbey Court) as public
highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 33, 35 and 36, Plan
40M-1987, Pickering and wishes to dedicate them as a public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Block 33, Plan 40M-1987, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway (Grayabbey
Court).
Block 35, Plan 40M-1987, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway (Grayabbey
Court).

Block 36, Plan 40M-1987, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway (Grayabbey
Court).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of October, 2000.
