BY-LAW NO. 5737/00
Being a by-law to dedicate Part of Block 37, 40M-
1552, Pickering, designated as Parts 1 and 2,
Plan 40R-20049, (Squires Beach Road) as public
highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of those parts of Block 37,
Plan 40M-1552, Pickering, designated as Parts 1 and 2, Plan 40R-20049, and wishes to dedicate
them as public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Those parts of Block 37, Plan 40M-1552, Pickering, designated as Parts 1 and 2, Plan
40R-20049 are hereby dedicated as public highway (Squires Beach Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 18th day of September, 2000.
