HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 5717/00THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PICKERING BY-LAW NO. 57t7/00 Being a by-law to exempt Lots 6, 8, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17, Plan 40M-1956, Pick.ring, from part lot control. WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13, the Council of the municipality may by by-law provide that section 50(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision designated in the by-law; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the City of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: Section 50(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.13, does not apply to the lands described as follows: Lots 6, 8, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17, Plan 40M-1956, Picketing. This by-law shall remain in force and effect for a period of one year from the date of the passing of this by-law and shall expire on August 8th, 2001.
