BY-LAW NO. 5712/00
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 55, Plan 40 M-
1628, Pickering, (Darwin Drive) as public
highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of Block 55, Plan 40M-1628
and wishes to dedicate it as public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Block 55, Plan 40M-1628, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Darwin
Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 26th day of June, 2000.
