BY-LAW NO. 5703/00
Being a by-law to dedicate Part Lot 8, Plan 282,
Pickering, designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-19790
as public highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of that part of Lot 8, Plan 282,
Pickering, designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-19790 and wishes to dedicate it as public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That part of Lot 8, Plan 282, Picketing, designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-19790 is hereby
dedicated as public highway.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of June, 2000.
