BY-LAW NO. 5702/00
Being a by-law to dedicate Part of Block W-I,
Plan M-1058, Pickering, designated as Part 1,
Plan 40R-19480 (New StreeO as public highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Picketing is the owner of that part of Block W-1,
Plan M-1058, Picketing, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-19480 and wishes to dedicate it as public
highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That part of Block W-l, Plan M-1058, Picketing, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-19480 is
hereby dedicated as public highway (New Street).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of June, 2000.
