BY-LAW NO. 5700/00
Being a by-law to change the name of a certain
street, or a portion thereof ~uthatch Street to
Kodiak StreeO.
WHEREAS pursuant to section 210.111 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter M.45, the council of
a local municipality may pass by-laws for giving names to or changing the names of highways on public
property;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
Those parts of Lot 20, Concession 8, Pickering, designated as Part 5, Plan 40R-18149 and Part 7,
Plan 40R-17520 (Nuthatch Street) are hereby renamed Kodiak Street.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of June, 2000.
