HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 5699/00THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PICKERING BY-LAW NO. 5699/00 Being a by-law to amend By-law 2359/87 regulating parMng, standing and stopping on highways and on private and municipal property. WHEREAS, pursuant to the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter M.45, sections 218.52, 210.73, 210.123-126, 210.131, 310, 314.7 and 314.8, the Council of the Corporation of the City of Pickering enacted By-law 2359/87 regulating parking, standing and stopping on highways and on private and on municipal property; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the City of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: Schedule A to By-law 2359/87, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto the following items: Highway Side Between/And Prohibited Times and Days StroudsLane North 28 metres east of Femham SeeNotel** Street and 188 metres west of Fernham Street StroudsLane South Fernham Street and 28 metres See Note 1'* east of Femham Street Schedule B to By-law 2359/87, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto the following items: Highway Side Between/And Prohibited Times and Days StroudsLane South Femham Street and 25 metres See Note 1'* west of Femham Street ** Unless otherwise specified, the parking prohibitions above shall be in effect twenty-four (24) hours per day, year round. BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of June, 2000.
