BY-LAW NO. 5687/00
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a
Working Easement between the City of Pickering
and Canadian Tire Corporation for the purposes
of constructing on their lands the portion of
?ickering Parkway required for realignment
purposes.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 191(1) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990,
chapter M.45, the Council for The Corporation of the City of Picketing may pass by-laws for
acquiring any land or interest therein for the purpose of the Corporation; and
NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the City of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Working Easement over certain
lands, subject to the terms and conditions set out therein and in a form satisfactory to the
Solicitor for the City of Picketing.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 5th day of June, 2000.
