BY-LAW NO. 5675/00
Being a by-law to dedicate that part of Lot 18,
Range 3, B.F.C., Pickering, designated as Part 1,
Plan 40R-3578 (Clements Road) as public
highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of that part of Lot 18, Range
3, B.F.C., Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-3578 and wishes to dedicate it as public
highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That part of Lot 18, Range 3, B.F.C., Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-3578, is
hereby dedicated as public highway (Clements Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 15th day of May, 2000.
