BY-LAW NO. 5663/00
Being a by-law to amend By-law 1416/82 providing for the
regulation and licensing of places of amusement. (Major Oaks
Road, Greenmount Street and Denvale Drive, Plan 4OM- 1510)
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter M.45, section 236.6, the Council of The
Corporation of the City of Pickering enacted By-law 1416/82 providing for the regulation and licensing of places
of amusement;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
Schedule A to By-law 1416/82, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the following
item:
Major Oaks Road
Greenmount Street
Denvale Drive
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 1 st day of May, 2000.
