BY-LAW NO. 5649/00
Being a by-law to name those parts of Block 24,
Plan 40M-1538, Pickering, designated as Parts 14
and 17, Plan 4OR-17151 (Acorn Lane).
WHEREAS pursuant to section 210.111 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter M.45, the
council of a local municipality may pass by-laws for giving names to or changing the names of
highways on public property;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The road comprising those parts of Block 24, Plan 40M-1538, Pickering, designated as
Parts 14 and 17, Plan 40R- 17151, are hereby named Acorn Lane.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 3rd day of April, 2000.
