BY-LAW NO. 5648/00
Being a by-law to dedicate those Parts of Lots 24
and 25, Concession 2, Pickering, designated as
Parts 1, 3, 5, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 and 18, Plan 4OR-
1 7941 (Dixie Road) aspublic highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of those parts of Lots 24 and
25, Concession 2, Pickering, designated as Parts 1, 3, 5, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 and 18, Plan 40R-
17941 and wishes to dedicate them as public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Those parts of Lots 24 and 25, Concession 2, Pickering, designated as Parts 1, 3, 5, 8, 10,
12, 14, 16 and 18, Plan 40R-17941 are hereby dedicated as public highway (Dixie Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 3rd day of April, 2000.
