BY-LAW NO. 5646/00
Being a by-law to dedicate that Part of Lots 10
and 11, Plan 282, Pickering, designated as Part
12, Plan 4OR-11206 as public highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of that part of Lots 10 and 11,
Plan 282, Pickering, designated as Part 12, Plan 40R-11206 and wishes to dedicate it as public
highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That part of Lots 10 and 11, Plan 282, Pickering, designated as Part 12, Plan 40R-11206
is hereby dedicated as public highway.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 3rd day of April, 2000.
