BY-LAW NO. 5639/00
Being a by-law to appoint the Supervisor of
Legislative Services, Ms. C. Anne Greentree as a
Deputy Clerk
WHEREAS pursuant to Section 73(2) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C.45, as amended,
the Council may appoint a Deputy Clerk who shall have all the powers and duties of the Clerk
under this and every other Act;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That the Supervisor of Legislative Services, Ms. C. Anne Greentree, is hereby appointed
as a Deputy Clerk for the purposes set out in Section 73(2) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O.
1990, c. C.45, as amended.
2. This by-law shall take effect on April 3, 2000
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 27th day of March, 2000.
