BY-LAW NO. 5635/00
Being a by-law to dedicate those parts of Lot 15,
Broken Front Concession, Pickering, designated as
Parts 2 and 4, Plan 40R-6080 and Block 45, Plan
40M-1552 (Clements Road) as public highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Picketing is the owner of those parts of Lot 15,
Broken Front Concession, Picketing, designated as Parts 2 and 4, Plan 40R-6080 and Block 45,
Plan 40M-1552 and wishes to dedicate them as public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Those parts of Lot 15, Broken Front Concession, Picketing, designated as Parts 2 and 4,
Plan 40R-6080 are hereby dedicated as public highway (Clements Road).
Block 45, Plan 40M-1552, Picketing, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Clements
Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of March, 2000.
