BY-LAW NO. 5628/00
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2359/87
regulating parking, standing and stopping on
highways and on private and municipal property.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter M.45, sections 218.52, 210.73,
210.123-126, 210.131, 310, 314.7 and 314.8, the Council of the Corporation of the City of
Picketing enacted By-law 2359/87 regulating parking, standing and stopping on highways and on
private and on municipal property;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the City of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Schedule A to By-law 2359/87, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto the
following items:
Highway Side Between/And Prohibited Times and
Days
Meadowview Avenue West and Edgewood Road to 223 metres 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
South north and west of Edgewood Monday to Friday
Road
Meadowview Avenue North 135 metres north and west of 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Edgewood Road to 173 metres Monday to Friday
north and west of Edgewood
Road
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 6th day of March, 2000.
