Being a by-law to amend By-law 2366/87
designating Pinegrove Avenue as a through
h t ghway.
Whereas By-law 2366/87, as amended, designates certain highways within the Town
of Pfckering as through highways; and
Whereas it is deemed expedient to amend By-law 2366/87 to designate Ptnegrove
Avenue as a through highway;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule "A" to By-law 2366/87, as amended, is hereby further amended by
deleting the following:
COLUP[N I COI3OMN II
Highway From T_~o
Ptnegrove Avenue Southerly intersection Northeast terminus
with Woodvtew Avenue of Pinegrove Avenue
and adding the following therefore:
Pinegrove Avenue South terminus of East terminus of
Pinegrove Avenue Pinegrove Avenue
Pinegrove Avenue Altona Road West terminus of
Pinegrove Avenue
2. This by-law shall come into force on the date that it is approved by the
Council of the Regional Municipality of Durham.
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and PASSED this 21st day
of December , 1992.
