Being a by-law to amend By-law 2359/87 providing
for the regulating of parking, standing and
stopping on highways or parts of highways under
the jurisdiction of the Corporation of the Town
of Ptckering and on p:'i':-~ and municipal property.
Whereas By-law 2359/87, as amended, provides for regulating of parking,
standing and stoping on highways or parts of highways under the Jurisdiction
of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing and on private and Municipal
property;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS as follows:
1. Schedule "A" to By-law 2359/87, is hereby amended by deleting the
following (No Stopping);

2. This by-law shall come into force on the day that it is approved by the
Council of the Regional Municipality of Durham and when signs to the
effect are removed.
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and finally PASSED THIS 21st day
of December 1992.
