Being a By-law to amend By-law 4045/92 to delete the "(H)" holding symbol and
related text therefrom.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter p.13, the
Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering, on June 29, 1992, enacted By-law
4045/92, which amended Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law 3036, rezoning certain lands in
Part of Block D, Plan M-1024, Town of Pickering and imposing an "(H)" holding symbol
thereon;
AND WHEREAS the pre, c, ondition set out in subsection 5(3) of By-law 4045/92 to an
amendment to remove the (H)" holding symbol has been met;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENAC-~S AS FOLLOWS:
1. Subsection 5(3) of By-law 4045/92 is hereby repealed.
2. Schedule I to By-law 4045/92 is hereby amended by removing the "(H)" holding
symbol preceding the zone category "RH(SC)" thereon.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 7th DAY OF December, 1992.
READ A THIRD TIME AND PASSED THIS 7th DAY OF December , 1992.
