BY-LAW NUMBER 4120/92
Being a by-law to araend By-law 2359/87 providing /
for the regulating of parking, standing and
stopping on highways or parts of highways under /
the jurisdiction of the Corporation of the Town
of Pickering and on private and municipal property.
WHEREAS, By-law 2359/87, as amended, provides for regulating of parking,
standing and stopping on highways or parts of highways under the jurisdiction
of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering and on private and Municipal
property;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS as follows:
1. Schedule "A" to By-law 2359/87, is hereby amended by adding the
following (No Stopping)~

Prohibited Times
Miqhwa¥ Side BetweenfAnd and Days
Bushmill Street North 132 metres east of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Liverpool Road and Monday to Friday
230 metres east of
Liverpool Road
2. This by-law shall come into force on the day that it is approved by the
Council of the Regional Municipality of Durham and when signs to the
effect are erected.
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and finally PASSED THIS 16th day
of November, 1992.
