BY-LAW NUMBE~ 4118/92
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2359/87
to prohibit parking on Old Forest Road
Whereas By-law 2359/87, provides for the regulating of parking, standing
and stopping on highways or parts of highways under the jurisdiction of
the Corporation of the Town of Pickering and on private and municipal
property; and
Whereas it is deemed expedient to prohibit parking on Old Forest Road in
the To~rn of Picketing;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule "B" to By-law 2359/87, is hereby amended by adding thereto
the following:
Old Forest Both Rosebank Road and the See Note 1
Road north curb line of the
south intersection of
Old Forest Road and
Htghbush Trail
and delete therefrom the following:
Old Forest Both Rosebank Road to See Note 1
Road Highbush Trail
