BY-LAW NUMBER4108/92
Being a by-law to appoint Councillor
Pistritto to the Town of Pickering
Public Library Board.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering enacted By-law Number 3917/92 to appoint persons
to various agencies, boards and committees; and
WHEREAS Elizabeth Dickens has submitted her resignation
from the Town of Pickering Public Library Board effective
August 31, 1992;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN
OF PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section 15 of By-law Number 3917/92 is hereby amended
by deleting therefrom the following:
Elizabeth Dickens
and substituting therefore the following:
Councillor Enrico Pistritto
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally
passed this 19th day of October, 1992.
