Being a by-law to amend By-law 2632/88 to
provide for a stop sign at the northerly
intersection of Denmar Road and Jaywin Circle
Whereas By-law 2632/88 provides for the erection of "Stop" signs at certain
intersections within the Town of Picketing; and
Whereas it is deemed expedient to amend By-law 2632/88 to provide for a stop
sign at the northerly intersection of Denmar Road and Jaywin Circle
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law Number I835/84 providing for the erection of Yield Right-of-Way
signs at intersections is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
following:
Column I Column 2
Intersections Facino Traffic
Denmar Road and Jaywin Circle Southbound on Denmar Road
(northerly intersection)
2. By-law Number 2632/88 to provide for the erection of stop signs at
certain intersections within the Town of Pickering is hereby amended
by adding thereto the following:
Column i Column 2
Intersections Facinu Traffic
Denmar Road and Jaywin Circle Southbound and westbound on
(northerly intersection) Denmar Road
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and PASSED this 19th day of
October, 1992.
