Being a by-law to amend By-law 2632/88 to
provide for stop signs at the intersections
of Tarfa Drive and Modltn Road, Spruce Rill
Road and Strouds Lane.
Whereas By-law 2632/88 provides for the erection of "Stop" signs at certain
intersections within the Town of Picketing; and
Whereas it is deemed expedient to amend By-law 2632/88 to provide for stop
signs at the intersections of Tarfa Drive and Modltn Road, Spruce Hill Road
and Strouds Lane;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule "I" to By-law 2632/88, as amended, is hereby further amended
by adding:

Intersections Factn~ Traffic
Tatra Drive and Modltn Road Eastbound and Westbound
on Tatra Drive and
Northbound on Modlin Road
Spruce Hill Road and Southbound and Northbound
Strouds Lane on Spruce Hill Road and
Eastbound and Westbound
on Strouds Lane.
2. This by-law shall come into force on the date that it is approved by
the Council of the Regional Municipality of Durham.
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and PASSED this 19th day
of October , 1992.
