Being a by-law to amend By-law 264/75
to establish a 40 kllometre per hour
speed limit on Golf Club Road.
Whereas By-law 264/75 allows Council to authorize speed limits on
highways under the jurisdiction of the Town of Picketing; and
Whereas it is deemed expedient to establish the speed limit on Golf
Club Road at 40 kilometres per hour;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule "A" to By-law 264/75 is hereby amended by adding
thereto the following:
FROM TO
Golf C1 ub Road Whiteval e Road East Terminus
2. This by-law shall take effect upon approval by the Regional
Municipality of Durham.
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this
19th day of October, 1992.
