BY-LAW NUHBER 4103/92
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2366/87
designating Valleyview Drive, Westcreek
Drive, and Lawson Street as through
highways.
Whereas By-law 2366/87, as amended, designates certain highways within the
Tow~n of Pfckering as through highways; and
Whereas it is deemed expedient to amend By-law 2366/87 to designate Valleyview
Drive, Westcreek Drive and Lawson Street as through highways;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule "A" to By-law 2366/87, as amended, is hereby further amended
by adding the following:

Valleyview Drive Waterford Gate North terminus of
Valleyview Drive
Westcreek Drive Oakburn Street East terminus of
Westcreek Drive
Lawson Street Oakburn Street East terminus of
Lawson Street
2. This by-law shall come into force on the date that it is approved by
the Council of the Regional Municipality of Durham.
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and PASSED this 19th day
of October , 1992.
