BY-LAW NO.4102/92
Being a by-law to dedicate that part of Block 28, Plan
40M-1254, Pickering designated as Part 1, Plan
40R-14428 as public highway (Stroud' s Lane).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of that part of Block 28, Plan
40M-1254, Pickering designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-14428 which it desires to dedicate as public
highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That part of Block 28, Plan 40M-1254, Picketing, designated as Part I, Plan 40R-14428, is
hereby dedicated as public highway (Stroud's Lane).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of October, 1992.
