BY-LAW NUMBER 4089/92
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2366/87
designating Falconcrest Drive and Fawndale
Road as through highways.
Whereas By-law 2366/87, as amended, designates certain highways within the
Town of Plckerfng as through highways; and
Whereas it is deemed expedient to amend By-law 2366/87 to designate
Falconcrest Drive and Fawndale Road as through highways;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickerfng HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule "A" to By-law 2366/87, as amended, is hereby further amended
by adding the following:
COLUMN I COLUMN II
Highway From To
Falconcrest Drive Rambleberry Drive Dunbarton Road
by deleting the following:
Fawndale Road Rtverview Crescent Hoover Drive
(Northerly leg)
and adding the following therefor:
Fawndale Road Riverwiew Crescent North terminus
(Northerly leg) of Fawndale Road
2. This by-law shall come into force on the date that it is approved by
the Council of the Regional Municipality of Durham.
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and PASSED this 2 ist day
of September , 1992.
