BY-LAW NO. 4085/92
Being a by-law to authorize the execution ora Release of
an Indemnification Agreement respecting those parts of
Lot 30, Concession 1, Pickering, designated as Part Part
4, Plan 82, Miscellaneous and Part 59, Plan 40R-4433
(Ross Michael Peters and Brenda Carol Peters).
WHEREAS it is necessary to remove from title an Agreement between the Town and Ross Michael
Peters and Brenda Carol Peters dated March 11, 1987 and registered March 18, 1988 as Instrument No.
D274397;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picker/ng HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release, in the form attached hereto as
Schedule A, of an Agreement dated March 11, 1987 and registered March 18, 1987 as
Instrument No. D274397 respecting those parts of Lot 30, Concession 1, Pickering, designated
as Part Part 4, Plan 82, Miscellaneous and Part 59, Plan 40R-4433 (Ross Michael Peters and
Brenda Carol Peters).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of September, 1992.

In consideration of the sum of Two Dollars ($2.00) paid to it, receipt of which is hereby by it
acknowledged,

hereby releases and forever discharges
BRENDA CAROL PETERS and ROSS MICHAEL PETERS
their successors and assigns, of and from all claims, demands, damages, actions or causes of action
which may have arisen, are arising, or may arise as a result of or in any way related to an Agreement
dated March 11, 1987 and registered as Instmmem No. D274397, on March 15, 1988, between
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
and
BRENDA CAROL PETERS and ROSS MICHAEL PETERS
concerning those parts of Lot 30, Concession 1, Picketing, being part Part 4, Plan 82, Miscellaneous,
described in Instrument No. 147857 and Pan 59, Plan 40R-4433.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF The Corporation of the Town of Picketing has hereunto affixed its corporate
seal attested by its properly authorized officers this 4th day of August, 1992.
